Quadrise Fuels () has signed an Exclusive Global Collaboration and Emulsifiers Sales agreement with chemical giant Nouryon for goods and services for future projects using its MSAR alternative to diesel. The agreement will run for three years to October 2022.

Sir Martin Sorrell’s S4Capital () has acquired Firewood, Silicon Valley’s largest digital marketing agency, for US$112.5mln. Firewood will be merged with MediaMonks with S4 raising £100mln through a placing at 142p to help pay for the acquisition, half of which is in cash.
